Finally came back again because I was craving their sweet cornbread! This time, I got the Carolina pulled pork plate, and for the sides, I got waffle fries with house rub and cornbread (must-have). The food tasted excellent, especially with the Kansas City bbq sauce with the habanero kick. The sweet tea was perfect and went well with the food. Juan was friendly and provided great customer service! Glad that I came back and hope to come back again soon!

I went here a couple weeks ago and was planning on grabbing just a drink before heading to the Honda Center, so I went straight to the bar to post up. Tatum was my server/bartender and definitely talked up the food and had me order a few food items. She reminded me that the leftovers would hold great in the car during the show and she wasn't lying. I ended up having leftovers for the next few days and everything was just as good as it was that night! She was also super attentive and friendly. I can't wait to go back and check out the ax throwing next time with my family. I ordered the Brussels, Mac n' Cheese and some brisket!

Sauced BBQ is a solid place for BBQ if you are in the Orange area. Is it as good as a craft BBQ? No, but it's a good choice nonetheless. Around or just a little better than Lucille's. For starters we for the hand grenades and the swamp fries. They were ok and I would pass on them if I came back. Not much flavor. The meats on the other hand were really good for a barbecue chain restaurant. We got the smoked chicken, ribs, and brisket. They were all smoked really well and the flavor was on point. We also got the beans and cornbread which were also really good. The service was good and friendly.

Was looking to try something new and was craving BBQ so decided to check this place out. It's in the big plaza with a movie theater, King's Seafood, and several other restaurants. Might be a challenge to get parking right up near the door but there's plenty of parking options if you're willing to walk a bit. When entering the door the smell of BBQ wafts into your nostrils which tells you you're in for some good food. To the right of the entrance they have axe throwing which you can rent for a fee. I was worried we'd be hearing THUNK THUNK THUNK our entire meal but it's in an enclosed area so you barely hear the axes. It's a cool concept though if you're looking for something different to do. Atmosphere was really fun and our waitress was excellent. She seemed to be the only one handling the room we were in yet somehow she stayed super friendly and never left us waiting for anything. To drink I had their "Blackberry Tennessee Mule" which was Jack Daniels, blackberry puree, lime juice, and ginger beer. I was kind of surprised it was served in a glass and not a copper mug but honestly it was a really good drink. It was really strong too. My wife had the Hurricane which had coconut rum, captain morgans rum, kraken rum, pineapple juice, passion fruit puree, lime juice, orange juice, and grenadine! It was loaded with booze and tasted great! Since it was my first time here I went with one of the BBQ combos. It was expensive but what isn't these days? I did the two meat combo with sliced brisket and pork belly burnt ends since they were out of brisket burnt ends. I had green beans and baked beans for my sides. My wife went with the smoked sausage, pork belly burnt ends, coleslaw, and green beans. Honestly, I've had much better BBQ elsewhere but for a chain style restaurant I thought it was very good. Similar to Famous Dave's. Everything tasted smokey and was tender . They had a variety of sauces on the table you could use and I appreciated they cleaned the communal bottles. Nothing worse than sauce crusted sticky bottles. My favorite was the mustard based sauce. It paired up with everything but honestly the dry rubs they used gave everything enough flavor so you didn't need much sauce. All the sides tasted great. I enjoyed the experience so I'll definitely be back to try some more stuff.

Hands down amazing bbq spot. The air smelled of good ribs and smokiness. We were greeted with a smile and a welcome by the host and we told him the amount of people in our party. Since they didn't have too many tables filled up yet, we were seating expeditiously. We had sat at a table, since we had 5 of us in total in our party. This was my first time here and the menu was fun to look at. So overwhelming only because everything in it sounded so good! I decided with one of the Wagyu Smashburgers; one that is called The Mexicali Burger. I got that medium-well, with a side of waffle fries. Inside this delectable burger was pepper jack, avocado, fried jalapeño, and chipotle lime ranch. Every Wagyu Smashburgers comes with two patties. Every bite was delicious! Can't wait to come back and try their bbq plates because my friends had ordered them and they smacked DOWN on the chow. We were all definitely SAUCED at the end of our dining.
